Chok'litt ships our Chocolate Gifts all year-round via USPS, with several options:
LOCAL DELIVERY
For local deliveries, Chok'litt has teamed up with Postmates for on-demand delivery service to your door in minutes. At checkout, please use this service for local deliveries and let the Postmates fleet pick up your purchase and bring it straight to you!
DON’T LET IT MELT! WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Chocolate begins to melt at 75°F. Between May 1 and October 1, some products require special packaging to make sure they arrive in good condition. The only shipping option for these items is our expedited chilled shipping method. Insulated packaging, extra cushioning and freezer packs are used to protect shipments when temperatures at the destination or during transit may exceed 75°F. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the delivery of packages when temperatures are greater than 101°F. Since special handling is required for these items, there is a shipping charge of $5.00 per item and these items should arrive 1-2 days after leaving our fulfillment center. Expedited chilled shipping is not available when shipping to a P.O. Box.
CUT-OFF TIMES & WEEKEND ORDERS
When your order is placed after noon Pacific Time, Wednesday-Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit. Orders placed on Mondays and Tuesdays will be processed on Wednesdays. When your purchase is made on a weekend and the shipping destination is to warm weather or California, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
SEVERE WEATHER DELAYS
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all shipments, Chok'litt is not responsible for delivery delays, damages or non-delivery caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, natural disasters or other acts of god. Please note that our guaranteed delivery timelines do not take into consideration unexpected weather delays, which can affect shipment dates and arrival dates.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
