What are Viking Chocolates?

Our Viking Chocolate collection includes, Cocoa Dusted Almonds Milk Choc, Fresco Blueberries Milk Choc, Red Velvet Cherries Milk Choc, Espresso Beans Dark Choc, Georgia Peanuts Dark Choc, Sea-salted caramels and Movie Malted Malt Balls. Our corporate name Chok’litt is a derivative of Gaelic Middle English, a brand that pays homage to the first true mariners…the Vikings. And like our Viking forefathers forging ahead in uncharted seas seeking adventure and treasures, we at Chok’litt explore and seek to find unexplored regions to bring you captivating treasures to be experienced by those with discerning tastes. The famous Sutton Hoo war Helmet is conspicuously placed on our products to share in the same ‘boldness’ of these early travelers. 

What is your return policy?
At Chok'litt, we endeavor to create satisfying experiences for all our customers. Please understand that our chocolates are delicate and perishable and therefore nonreturnable. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact our Concierge at Concierge.choklitt@gmail.com and we will do everything in our power to create a positive experience for you.

How do I place a wholesale order?
As you browse our website, please note the many gifting product lines we offer to our wholesale clients. Many of these products can be customized/personalized according to your specifications. Please contact us to let us know that you are interested in Chok'litt's Gifting Wholesale Program.

What allergens are contained in your products?
All of our products are manufactured on equipment that processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, and soy. In additional all of our products with chocolate contain soy lecithin, which is an emulsifier, preventing the cocoa butter from separating from the cocoa mass.

Do you use any organic ingredients?
Yes, we use as many organic ingredients as possible!

Where is my order? How can I track a package?
When you place your order on the website or by phone, if you provide an email address, you will receive an email on the evening that your package(s) ships out from our warehouse. This email will contain the tracking number for the package(s), which you can then use to track your package.

Why was my shipping upgraded?
Chocolate begins to melt at 75°F. Between May 1 and October 1, our products require special expedited chilled shipping to make sure they arrive in good condition. Since special handling is required for these items, there is a shipping upcharge of $5.00 per item.

Why did my order arrive later than expected?
When your order is placed after noon Pacific Time, Wednesday-Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit. Orders placed on Mondays and Tuesdays will be processed on Wednesdays. When your purchase is made on a weekend and the shipping destination is to warm weather or California, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.

Does Chok’litt have a corporate gift program?
Yes, our Chok’litt Corporate Gifting Program was created for businesses to show appreciation to their employees, celebrate milestones and build important business relationships. We will work with you and your company to select, design and deliver gifts that meet your gifting goals and budget.

Do you offer volume pricing on large corporate orders?
Yes. We do offer a volume pricing starting at a minimum of 100 gifts. Please contact our Concierge to learn more.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship your gift purchases internationally, however there are restrictions as to what can be shipped into each country. Please contact our Concierge at Concierge@Choklitt.com to discuss what can be shipped to your desired destination country.

Can I customize my gift?
Yes. We do have various options for customizing the contents, ribbon, hangtags on select gift purchases. Please allow a few extra days to complete your custom gift orders.
